ASSOCIATE VICAR
Alive Church is a growing, vibrant Anglican church in the heart of Gateshead. Our vision is to see individuals, the church, and our communities Come Alive in Jesus’ name. Over the past nine years we have seen significant growth in depth, breadth, and reach, with average Sunday attendance around 300, including over 100 children and young people.
We are a church full of life, expectation, and openness to the Holy Spirit. We welcome people at every stage of faith, support those exploring Christianity, and walk with individuals and families through moments of need or crisis.
We are now seeking an Associate Vicar to join our team and play a key role in shaping the next season of mission, discipleship, and leadership development.

16-25s MISSIONAL PASTOR
Alive Church is a growing, diverse, intergenerational community with a vision to see individuals, the church, and our town Come Alive in Jesus’ name, and we’re looking for someone to pioneer and grow a missional presence among 16–25s in Gateshead—especially young people who aren’t currently connected to church.
You’ll build relationships, create pathways for faith exploration, disciple new believers, and help form a new worshipping community. Working across our youth and young adult ministries, you’ll support young people as they move from adolescence into adulthood.
